We live on a farm within 10 mins from Junc 5 of the M25.
We are actively looking for two sisters and happy to travel within 100miles.
Does anyone have any puppies due or know of any?
Thanks in advance!

The way I usually explain is that the pups bond to each other ... if you had 2 x 8 years old kids in a room and a boring adult who they going to play with ?), also toilet training .. one gets good then the other goes in the house then the first one smells it and goes there too ..... training gets harder too , and they will tend to encourage each other often in bad behaviour. Personally I would leave it at least 6 months before getting a second.

My humble opinion of course

I wouldn't sell 2 of my pups together and have been asked in the past.

I have a brother and sister and I won't lie, it's hard work. I was only sold them because my mother and I have known the seller for a very long time, we are in contact a lot and even then there was about two or three months in between.
I still walk and train them individually when I can, the pair bond can be very strong and they can focus on each other rather than the person.

As an amendment to my above post, I wouldn't sell 2 pups to someone unless I was 100% about them being able to cope ...I would say your average pet owner would struggle

I have 2 German Pointer sisters and the only problem we had was with training.

We took them to the normal classes that you see around and my OH and I had a dog each. Bloody hell, they were like naughty children, if they'd been in the classroom, they'd have been on the back row giggling and causing havoc.

We ended up taking them to a gun dog trainer in Cheshire and he was fantastic. Without him, it really could have been disasterous.
