looking for a field to rent in northamptonshire

ideally in the wellingborough area. Have had enough of the bitchyness of livery yards and want some peace and quiet to enjoy my horses! Not really sure about how to go about finding somewhere though. Been up to the local saddlers and got info from their boards but by the time you ring up they are gone
any suggestions would be great thanks

Have you tried the boards at Blue Barns in Hardingstone and Derby House in Olney? Also sometimes www.wellandvalleyfeeds.co.uk have places in Northants as well as Leicestershire so might be worth a look.

Otherwise could you put some wanted ads up in local tack shops, feed merchants etc?

We rent a private yard and it is absolute bliss. Good luck in finding somewhere suitable for you soon.

John & Amanda Hope in Grendon have two large DIY & assisted livery yards in the village, but also rent out alot of the grazing in and around the village, it may be worth contacting them to see if they have any available fields away from the yards, PM me if you need their number.
