Looking for a friend

My mum has a 9 year old Whippet, who is looking for a companion.
They are looking for a whippet, whippet cross or terrier type preferably a bitch, any age considered.
If anyone can help could you give me a shout. If we can find a suitable dog, it will be offered a wonderful home. There will be long walks everyday. The home is in Norfolk, so there will be beach walks etc.

I have seen dogs looking for homes on here before so hope i don't get told off for putting this on!!

I think there are lots of dogs looking for homes on a website called dog pages - if you type it into google?
