North, South, East or West? Big differences in pricing from around £850pcm to well in excess of £1,500pcm.
Not a big county, but an absolute pain to get around, with never ending roadworks and jams everywhere.

If you want full livery it's going to be a biggish budget in Surrey. So many yards in my area have closed. Hacking can mean roadwork and traffic is pretty dire. If you're on a budget part livery might give you better facilities and hacking rather than compromising to get full livery. Did you have an area/figure in mind?
