Looking for a happy hacker/plodder

Am now looking for a heavy weight plodder for daughter and grandchildren to enjoy and for husband to have a potter on. Must be minimum 15.2 and a real steady-eddie. Hacking only. Have already had a few wasted journeys - so if anyone's knows of anything?
