Looking for a livery yard near enfield

I'm looking for a livery yard near enfield. Ideally I'd like all year turnout, stable, school, good hacking, services and is less than 30mins away. Does anyone know of any nice yards that have all these.

I've been searching and searching and I'm beginning to loose heart.

Southend Farm, Waltham Abbey. It's a very easy drive from Enfield and has everything you want, including 3 schools. The winter turnout isn't great but there are winter fields and turnout pens.

woodhurst livery farm in cuffley? they're the best in the area and I've been to a fair few. It has all year turnout, nice stables, huge outdoor school, indoor school being built, services etc but hacking requires roadwork. Can also tell you where to avoid if needs be? I live in the area and am bringing my boy back down from uni for summer, he'll be going back to Woodhurst - was there for 2 years and pretty happy! It's under new management aswell so lots of plans regarding shows etc
