Looking for a nice livery! North Shropshire

Hi! I am looking to find a nice new livery. I have recently completed a new American Barn at home, all mod cons etc. We have great hacking, I'm happy to do DIY but would prefer Part Livery or Hunt Livery. I have my own horses & my sons pony. I used to take liveries & it was great to have someone else around.... Think I fancy looking for someone now all the building work finished. Keep hearing horror stories of bad liveries, really want to be careful whom i choose! - what should I look out for?? All tips welcome!!

Whereabouts in Shropshire are you? Do you have floodlit school and / or individual turnout? I may know someone who is looking
 
Advertise in your local tack and feed merchants and word of mouth. I have a few liveries here but to be honest it is 50/50 if they work out - I have had to ask 2 people to leave but the other 2 are gems who I totally trust and help me out.
When you are allowing people into your home it is a lot harder than if you run a comercial yard, as it is not just about the profit. I have had owners treat my property with such dis respect that it is unimaginable and has made me seriously question having any more.
Make sure you have a contract and a list of rules even if just on an informal basis so at least you have a 'get out' clause if things don't work out.
