Looking for a property to rent Aberdeenshire

Hello,

I am looking for a property to rent in Aberdeenshire if anyone could point me in the right direction? There only seems to be one on ASPC currently and it is very nice but I would like to see if there is more out there, I know that many properties can be rented by word of mouth and I imagine some may not use ASPC and use local solicitors instead.

Thanks for any help. We aren't fussy about the area so long as its commutable to Aberdeen for hubby.

Are Insch or Huntly too far out? Do you have animals? Children? Does OH want to drive or go by train into town?.... I know of 2 properties.
