okay im new to this forum and this seemed the most appropriate umm cattegory!?
I basicly really need some past information on Barney and i know it is a long shot but here goes...
Barney, also had been known as Bill or Barnaby, is a 11 year old 16.2hh, bay with whit blaze, 2 socks and a white pastern on back foot. He is possibly got some shire in him as he is a very chunky build and has that dappled bay looking colouring that you see in shire. But what breed he is or what mix is really just guessing. He also has white saddle marks over his whiters and tiny dots of white are visible over his short summer coat (10 - 20 on each side)
We bought him last year from Stafford, (Stoke on trent, Staffordshire) he had not been ridden for a year. Prior to that he was apparently in a riding school, allthough i doubt he was in there long as he is simply too good a horse! As we are working more i have found him to be well trained and have good dressage skills and experience, that has obviously been past taught. He hates the farrier and standing still while tyed up.
He can be a difficult horse with some strange unexplaned habbits and getting some info on his past would be useful, any amount, small or large. Thanks for reading.

he was bought from Staffordshire, Stoke-on-trent area and previously had been in a riding school in that area. He is now in Shropshire with us! Dont know any of his history apart from that, farrier thinks he may have been Irish bred
