No answers in TR or CR so thought I would try in here.

Am looking for another horse due to the loss of my previous lovely boy. Would like Connie x TB gelding (no mares) 15.2/3 age 4/6. Love grey horses, must have been started and hacked out and must move well enough for affiliated dressage and be a nice character. We also do a bit of jumping. Do any of you chaps know any breeders in this country, would prefer one bred here that has had a good start.

I have a friend selling one, pretty much what you describe. But from memory possibly 8/9, I would need to double check. 6.5k. Buckinghamshire

Bridget Jasper 'Gew' stud has bred some really nice TB/Connie crosses. Gew Tok Tokkie is doing very well eventing. She is dispersing her stud so may be worth a call.

I'd second Tawny Dun Stud in Suffolk. The owner is incredibly helpful. I bought a yearling from her and have been so pleased both with the horse and with Penny's continuing interest and support. I think she's got a connie x TB at the moment but it was born in 2010 and a mare so no good for you according to stated criteria.
The owner will almost certainly be able to recommend a breeder to you if she's got nothing suitable. Contact details are here:

Many thanks for all the replies. Sorry I haven't been on here as my father in law died last week and we have been very busy sorting everything out. I will contact the studs mentioned. I would love one by Minsmere Sunseeker if anyone knows of any for sale by him. Many thanks
