We have been at our current yard in Balsall Common 6 1/2 years but need to move asap. Ideally want individual turnout - although he doesn't like to go out in the cold, mud or wet (so won't wreck a paddock - we have had the same one the whole time we have been on existing yard). Need to have a school with a decent surface. hacking not important - he doesn't like it. Ideally somewhere to put a trailer and be able to move it to practise loading regularly - otherwise he won't. He can be quirky so need somewhere where he will settle - he is 17.2 so needs to be reasonable sized stables. I have had him 11 years and have always done him myself so I don't want assisted Diy or part livery - he is very much my horse and can be very distrusting of strangers and anyone else. sorry it's a bit long but I though it was worth asking if anyone could suggest anything suitable

Damn I know someone who has a list of all the livery yards in the area with names/contact telephone numbers but she's no longer on this forum. She has about 25 yard details and she's given countless people the list on here who have been looking for livery. Its really helped people out in the past.

thank you julesrules - I have moved him to a very quiet yard near shrewley - I looked at quite a few before deciding where to go. I am always interested in options although I hate moving him - he has only been moved three times in eleven years and has found it very stressful every time. once he settles he is very settled - he is very much a home bird, he finds change extremely difficult to deal with
