I am looking for a full livery for a PSL dressage stallion, with year round turnout and an indoor school. Ideally near Henley or easily reachable on M4 from West of London. Any advice please???

Can't help with your question, sorry.
The introductions section doesn't always get a lot of traffic. You might do better with a post in 'tack room' or the section for your area of the country.
