looking for grass livery/field rent for 3 ponies dorking area

im moving to dorking/reigate area in a few months and am looking for yards that do grass livery for my 3 ponies.safe fencing and water a must.no other facilities required although good hacking/and or a scholling area be useful.
can anyone pm or reply here with ideas for yards that are good or best avoided as im new to the area.
or fields for rent if anyone has seen any ads up in tackshops etc.
