Looking for grass livery, retirement or field share Oxon Bucks area

Hi I need to retire my 21 yr old gelding and looking for a field to share or grass livery somewhere around Thame, Aylesbury, Princes Risborough, Watlington, horse out 24 hours, all year round. Can't afford full retirement livery as its about £250 + a month but happy to pay for field and pay someone to check on him when I am working. Field share would be ideal and I can help with haying in winter and checking on other horses. Any help appreciated!

PS. He can still be ridden so could be a companion for other horses. He is a bit spooky though, so not an ideal kids pony. Doesn't buck or rear and is well behaved in the field with others.

I am also looking for a field share or similar for my 16.2 mare who is retired due to arthritis! More in the Oxford/Kidlington/Bicester areas if anyone has any ideas
