Hi,
I was just wondering if anybody knew my current loan horse? I will add pics of her later (if I can figure out how).
Polly is an 11yo Arab x Cob mare, approx 14.3hh, light bay, no markings apart from a tidy blaze, she also has a scar on her chest - I'd be interested to know how she got this.
We've had her on loan since August 2006 but from my understanding her owner had only had her for about 6 months or so, and I believe she bought her from a riding school near Northampton (I'm not sure if I'm allowed to give names on HHO, however if anybody recognises her please PM me and I can supply owners name and the school I think she was bought from).
When she came to us she was very grumpy and would try and kick and bite a lot. She also had had very little done in the way of schooling and was very green, she is quite a "quirky" little horse and therfore perhaps not best suited to her owner who wanted a horse to learn on - hence we ended up with her!
I believe she has always been in the Northamptonshire area, but may be mistaken about this. I will add pictures later on this evening, but if anybody knows anything it would be interesting to find out more about her!
