Looking for horses, anyone know of any?

Im looking for a couple of horses for friends, didnt know if anyone has heard of any or knows where might be a good place to look? First one suitable for a bit of RC activities 15-16hh not older than 12yrs, basically anything as long as its safe on the road!! around £1000-2000; second one 15.2-16.2hh same age but more suitable for dressage, not a cob, will spend up to 3k but would ideally want something for less if it needs a bit of work, just needs to be sane!! If anyone has any ideas let me know! Im based in the Devon area but will travel Thanks

What do your friends ride like? I have one that may suit for riding club and am in Somerset.

she looks ideal for the riding club type, but i am very far away and it does say that she will only go to an approved home? also what is she like in traffic? Thanks!
