Looking for livery in West Essex

I am looking for livery in Epping, Abridge, Havering, Ongar and surrounding areas, I have tried so many places and everywhere is full up or no winter turnout.
I need good all year turnout prefer not in a big herd, off road hacking and a floodlit menage, if anyone knows of anywhere I can try both horses are very well behaved.

Unfortunately good winter turnout in this area is difficult. Where I am now, we get out 3 1/2 days a week from October to May.

Have you looked in Eastwick Lodge or Dallance Farm as they often have adverts up for livery vacancies.

Thanks Theresa I will go down to Dallance farm this weekend and have a look.

Eastwick often has more ads up than Dallance Farm - there were a few up the other week when I was in there and something may be ok even as a temporary measure whilst you go on a waiting list.

A few yards in the area have closed down in the past year, and this isn't helping the situation.

Hope you find something that is right for you - Ongar area is better for turnout than Epping area and if you can stretch to Bishops Stortford area this really does bring in more places with better turnout.
