Looking for livery space - Matlock area

Due to a change in circumstances and working hours, I am looking for a livery space in Matlock or surrounding areas for 1 x 15hh gelding. Must have use of floodlit school and preferably individual turnout if possible. Small or private yard preferable but open to suggestions.

Currently on my own land but cannot ride as dark nights and change in working hours.

Would consider just a winter option as can go back to my land from April time until clocks change in October.

Any options considered.
