looking for livery yard in surrey area

hello every one,
this is my first post as a new user, greetings.
i am having trouble finding a liery yard that doesnt cost the earth.
i would like part livery, but really only need grass livery fo one 17h mare,
i have looked online for months and only finding stabling yards that are costing arond 380PCM, this is too much for me to afford,
please help me as if can not find a yard , i will have to sell horse.
i looking for the areas around woking plus all across to weybridge area.

Claygate / Chessington borders? £180ish pcm DIY with part/ full livery options on top. £10 per day full livery, option to turn out or muck out. If you want to include feed you can - but you don't have to.

2 surfaced schools, jumping and dressage; the jumping one is floodlight. Wash room with hot water, solarium, horse walker. 24 hour turnout other than in the depth of winter. No sole grazing but mares and geldings seperate. Feilds are muddy - but not poached. Access to off road hacking - but you do have to do a little bit of roadwork to get there. Secure and alarmed tack room, CCTV and someone on the premises 24 hours.

Great yard - really freindly. About 20 horses I think - but several belong to YO whose daughter show jumps at a fairly high level. Rest are a mix between happy hackers, one very old pony and amater competitors. YO is really relaxed and nice to be aorund. Plus she's careful about the atmosphere on the yard which really keeps us free from the bitching which can go on.
