Looking for livery yards in shropshire

Hi

i'm of to harper adams in september and talked mum into letting me take herb with.

just wondering if any of you knew of any yards, farriers and vets that you'd reccommend round newport way

I dont know any off the top of my head ..but I grew up across the fields from Edgmond and my family are all still there, so I'll ask them after work today.
 
I'm about 20 miles from Newport but have a couple of shows in Telford area at the end of the month, will ask around then if thats not too late.
 
Just had a look in local Yellow Pages, there is one at Shifnal, which is near Newport. Yew tree farm. tel 01952 460607. I do not know anything about it but might be worth a phone call. There is also a big riding school, The Wyke at Shifnal which I imagine does liveries, their no is 01952 460560. Or they have a website www.wyke-equine.co.uk.
 
Sorry took a while...could nt find any specific but Newport has a branch of Countrywide and that always has lots of ads up for all types of livery. Wynnstay is around the corner too..if you need horsey stuff when you are there!
