I'm finally completely fed up with the lack of maintenance where we are - the barn where we store our stuff is literally falling down & now they have decided that they don't like us schooling in the field - after I've spent the last 2 months making jump stands which they said they were ok with!
Trouble is I've got 3 so I need somewhere budget friendly

& 2 of them prefer to live out - the oldie gets stiff stabled & another box walks so I need somewhere that has plenty of turnout. I think ideally I would like to rent a field on my own (a friend might come with me if location is ok for her). Also they have decided that they don't like one of them being loaned out so I need to find somewhere fairly soon. Naturally this coincides with going on holiday on the 29th.
I've put an ad in adtrader, I'm going to put an ad in the local shop tomorrow & at the weekend I will be able to get to the local feedstore, but I might leave that until after the holiday. I'm going to spend the evening on the phone trying all my contacts. Any other ideas about how to look. All the saddleries are at least 30 mins drive

North Beds, not far from Keysoe (which is outside in my budget LOL). Trouble is where I am is 200 yards from my house & very cheap. I know I'm not going to match those but son nearly had to miss PC camp after a horse broke through from the next field due to cr**py fencing & my clairvoyant skills are a bit worn out at the moment so I don't know what they are going to not like next. I would like to stay reasonably close to the village we live in as the bridleways are really good (actually met some people who were on a riding holiday the other week) and we mostly hack.
