looking for: pony first registered keeper

I've got a lovely Welsh mare who was issued her first passport in 2004 by Mrs c. Jackson (I have first name but don't want to post it on here) she was from retford, Nottinghamshire.
Pony is chestnut and named Angel.
Does anyone know of her? Would love to get in contact and find out more about Angel.
