Looking for Saddler recommendation in Kent

My horse has had problems with his back and has been off work for 6 months - i am starting in hand walking and if all goes to plan will (hopefully) be able to get on in the coming months to continue the walking. I need a really good saddler to ensure the problems do not reoccur. I have tried a few saddlers, and to be honest have never been 100% satisfied.

Can anyone recommend anyone - I'd love to hear of some that have helped your horses backs - if you would prefer please PM me!

I used Margeret Newing and found her really good ,explained what she was doing ,why she was dong it and didn't seem to want to do anything un needed. I got her through saddleworld in Maidstone first time but contact her direct now.
 
I have used Michael Uden for years. Quite a few people at our yard use him as well. We are really pleased with him. Lovely man and he won't try to sell you a saddle if you don't need one. His number is in Pegasus

Another vote for Michael Uden. Last time he came out to see me, he brought, at my request, several (expensive) leather dressage saddles with him for me to try, and at the end he refused to sell me anything, as the saddle that fitted my horse the best was the one I already own! I have used him for years and he has always been extremely good.
 
I also had Ken Lyndon dykes out recently and got a lovelly saddle from him. He brought a big selection at various prices and seemed very knowledgeable.
 
I would recommend Peter Husband 110% over any other saddler. He doesn't stock saddles though, so would only work if you already had something you wanted checking/adjusting. He is also very reasonable price wise. If you want his number pm me, I will need to dig it out!! x
