Looking for some help with my Equine Dissertation

Hey Everyone

I am looking for assistance with my Equine Performance and Therapies Dissertation. I am investigating the Prevalence of Osteoarthritis within Western Disciplines Vs English Disciplines. I would really appreciate some assistance with answering some questions for me:

To obtain this information I would like find out

· Has your horse been diagnosed with Osteoarthritis, breed and age of the horse

· Which joints or limbs are affected, particularly with regards to osteoarthritis and is one joint or limb affected more.

· Do you think training methods increase the risk of injury or long-term problems?

· What treatment has been recommended to you if they start developing osteoarthritis?

These questions are part of what I am looking into.

P.S. I also have a questionnaire to fill in, however, I am aware people are wary of this type of thing. But I would be really grateful if you could take a few minutes to answer the questions above. The more data and information I can collect the better my results will be for my Dissertation.

Completed but the horse in question was diagnosed, continued in work for 4 years and then retired for a different injury so it was tricky to answer.
