Looking for someone to fit my horse for a new bit in/around Aberdeen - suggestions?

I would like to get a professional to fit my horse for a bit. She has really fat lips and I am worried I do not have the best bit for her and would like some professional advice.

Can anyone recommend someone in/around Aberdeen? I don't even know what to google to search myself - is a "professional bit fitter" even a profession?! haha
