Due to work relocation I will be moving house in November to Finedon, just outside of Wellingborough, Northants.
This means I am now looking for somewhere for my three beauties to live - anywhere in the area east of Northampton and/or down towards Buckingham area where I work.

I'm looking to rent some land or for grass livery. I don't need anything posh - all I ask is for decent fencing and a water supply - anything else is a bonus! Price negotiable, depending on what's on offer.
I've been renting for many years now and prefer to "do my own thing" so really would prefer not to go to a big livery yard if at all possible (and I wouldn't really have much use for "posh" facilities anyway), although a small or a private yard would be fine. In an ideal world though, I would have sole use grazing. For various reasons, it's essential that my 3 horses can live out 24/7/365.

If you know of anything suitable, or have any yard recommendations, or even contacts for local farmers, please do let me know, as I don't know the area I am moving to at all or have any contacts there. The area I am looking in is around the Wellingborough area and down towards Buckingham (where I work), so either end or in between (e.g. to the north of Milton Keynes) would be fit with my commute from the new house to work.

Any suggestions would be appreciated, as I really don't know where to start (apart from looking at Facebook groups, Preloved etc. which I'm watching like a hawk!)

Hi Boots, no luck yet. Looked at two places which only offer a postage stamp for grazing - nowhere near enough space to keep horses out 24/7. Currently I'm in temporary accommodation just north of Milton Keynes (having completed on the sale of my house in South Bucks a week ago) and am just waiting for completion on the purchase of the new house in Finedon a week or so either side of Christmas. So my horses are currently a 120 mile round trip away :-( Luckily I've got someone helping me out a few days a week, but I'm still doing the journey 3 or 4 days/week.
If you can help or know of anything I would be really, really interested! - Anywhere in the rough area between Buckingham (where I work) to the new house in Finedon.

120 mile round trip sounds painful! mine is 100 mile round trip but is in full livery so I don't have to worry about going every day. I know of some grazing that may be available so will message you.
