Hi there
I am looking for a livery yard/grazing & stabling in the Bristol area - preferably around Portishead/Backwell/Nailsea/Clevedon etc.
Other than a field and shelter/stable I am not looking for anything too fancy - good hacking would be a plus but by horse is 100% on the road so happy to find my own way around (rather than using bridle-paths all the time). Ideally I would be interested in renting a small holding to myself but that may be a pipe dream!
I have two ponies, a 13.2hh Welsh X and a retired 14.1hh (who is not ridden), both usually live out year round but will also stable.
I have had a look online at the livery available in the area but you can only find so much on the web.
If anyone knows of a field going spare and some equine-tolerant owners that would be ideal. I grew up in the Borders so am used to a farming lifestyle and would be happy keeping my horses in with other livestock.
Any advice would be great, thanks!
