This week my mum lost our old mare (25)it was very sad there's never a right time for that to happen.

The man that took her away was saying its tragic how many perfectly good horses he's dispatching at the moment as people cant afford to keep them and no ones buying.

So if anyone knows of a ride and drive mare preferably but geldings good too (looks unimportant)between 14.2 and 15h must be very quiet as my mums disabled she walks with sticks but as may be able to ride in the future hence the reason we'd like a ride and drive.

a permanent loving experienced home for the right horse.
just thought id post it in case someone knows of someone having to face an awful decision to pts when I'm looking for a horse.
PM me if preferred.

Don't know any personally who can be driven as well as ridden. How about phoning some of the equine charities. They are inundated at the moment so might be able to let you know if they get anything suitable?

Thanks for your reply ISH_mad.
I had thought about the various charities but didnt think you could actually own them only loan but il give them a ring and see.
