Horse in question is rising 4 native type. He has loose poo, ends up with a messy tail and bum. He does have solid poo but around it is 'liquid' poo. Hard to explain. This isn't recent I don't think he's ever not done this.
Any ideas on how to improve this or what it could be? He's fed hay, turnout in the day and fibre based feed - only a small amount. He's not mine, but is a friends horse.
