This may have been sorted by now but even for future reference - I got this from my mother just now, who can she call to assist?

"There are six very neglected horses in a field here and in the night they broke out
and are on the lawns round the house. The owner is in Monaghan and does not even
asnswer the phone. They phoned the garda who are not interested unless they are on
the road and if people here let them out they would be liable for any damage ( they
wouldn't put them out anyway). The Irish ISPCA say they just deal with cats and
dogs! A vet won't come unless the owner calls him...so it's a probelm. Any thoughts??"

Thanks in advance
