Does anyone have any experience in loose jumping? I've just started introducing my 3 1/2 yr old WBxTB mare to jumping loose to see what she makes of it, shes very keen but really hasn't got a clue (amazing really as she has been known to jump outof/in to her paddock when she feels like it!), its only a small (1"9/2 ft) cross, but she does manage to throw her self over it knocking it over most of the time!! Is this normal?? I'm glad shes keen, I was planning to not do too much until next spring until I back her properly, it was just to give her something new to think about. thanks
