Ok so your out riding and your horse pulls a shoe off, now sometimes it's not really an issue unless it's twisted off and damaged the hoof or you have some nails left in, but if it's a clean pull, the hoof in fine, no nails left over, you can take it steady and potter back home and the horse is none the wiser...unless of course you have a TB :D

So you have a cast shoe with sharp nails hanging out that you need to carry back with you, you can't exactly just pop it in your pocket or hang it on your breast plate while you walk or ride home, you may have a horse that simply can't cope without a shoe on (well not un even surfaces or fine stony tracks) and a horse hobbling about when you both could have a lengthy walk home....you get the idea.

Why can't someone invent and put into production some kind of emergency 'lost shoe bag & boot' to include a mini pick n brush, so you can clean out the foot and remove any grit and nails.

Something that you can stuff into your pocket or at least clip onto your saddle somewhere so it's no inconvenient for you to take it out with you every time your hacking/hunting.

For example a neoprene bag, with some kinda of velcro attachment or plastic clip, which you can put shoe into (so you can safely carry it home and clip it back onto your saddle or whatever) but inside that could be for instance a soft flexible rubber pull on hoof boot, so you can pull this out of the bag and bob onto your horses hoof, to protect the hoof and ease any discomfort for the horse while you’re walking back home.

Why has nobody made this?

Sorry long and no doubt pointless post, but I think some people and horse would really benefit from this.
