I can't really decide whether to post this in here or the TR so am sticking it in here.

I am no techie....and that's an understatement so wondering if anyone else with a lorry camera can help me :)

My lorry has what I thought was only a reversing camera and comes on automatically when I'm reversing. The rest of the time it normally just shows a black screen. I've changed lorries quite recently and have only driven this one around 7 times with my horse in. A few times when I have been driving the camera has flickered, but I haven't taken any notice of it until last weekend when it flickered on for about 5 or more seconds and showed a piebald and a chestnut in the back. I only have a piebald!

So my question is, do these types of cameras have some kind of memory and could it have stored an image from some point in the past - say like a screen print/snap shot of an image?

I think it's wired, but I'm going to double-check tomorrow and hope that I'm wrong as picking up another lorry's camera signal would make more sense. Just very weird. I thought the piebald was my horse - it even had a bright blue travel rug on like my horse!

Our camera has picked up other lorries and on one road we drove down regularly used to pick up the tv signal at a certain point! Must admit its really wierd when you can suddenly see other horses!
