Lorry Firm - Not getting in touch with me

guys

my lorry has been at the menders for what seems like ever. basically it went in at the end of Aug, to be prepped for MOT early sept. called after that, it had failed but they were still working on it. that was 5 weeks ago and i've not heard anything. just called and no answer.

does anyone know if Prime Horseboxes in West Sussex is still goign? As that is where my truck is.

when my lorry failed last oct i had sold it subject to new plating. the buyers were happy to wait but it took another 5-6 weeks to get a slot for the plating. i also pass the farm where prime horseboxes are based on the way to my yard every day and all the boxes they have for sale are still there as of yesterday.

Howdoo, am surprised he didn't return your call as he's normally very good. I do know it's a nightmare trying to get MOT slots round our way though, specially if you can't get it fixed in time for the re-test ( I think you have a week after it's failed otherwise you need a whole new MOT for which there's normally a 2 month wait).
I've always found them incredibly reliable and not expensive either. Anyway, hopefully it's just a blip on their part. Hope you've got your lorry back now and that it drives like a dream
