Lorry help please

I know this post has probably been done before....but I just want to clarify what I can drive on my car licence because the government website has confused me!

Basically I have a car licence and I passed after January 1997 - so what size horsebox am i legally allowed to drive?

Sounds like you passed before the cut off date ,so you can drive up to 7.5 tons.
Oh I read your post wrongly if you passed after that date think you can only drive up to 3.5 ton. Someone else will have more details .Sorry
