Lorry plating

I bought and converted a 5 tonne lorry which now needs plating. Does anyone know the best place to take it for the test either in North Devon(South Molton?) West Somerset , Taunton or Tiverton?
I have heard that some places are very strict and very expensive so I am looking for local insight.

I took mine to Gregorys as there was too long a wait at any of the vosa sites. I can't say anything about which is harder or easier, but i didn't want to waste another 2 months waiting. They were very efficient and mine passed.
