Losing my mind

I’m sorry. That’s awful

When you feel up to it there are some interesting veterinary articles under ‘hepatocutaneous syndrome’ with some treatments that may prolong life a little or make the dog more comfortable.

Give him a hug from me. X

I agree. Easier said than done, I understand totally. I know nothing about the condition, but I'm so sorry xxx
It is horrible because you are in a kind of limbo, while you are waiting to see what the outcome is, while keeping life as normal as possible for the dog.
We had a 9 yr old Rottweiler with a diagnosis of bladder cancer and actually managed to give her a brilliant last 6 months (much longer than we expected tbh), her sister was pts, aged 6, as an emergency when she was found to have a splenetic tumour which had spread. I'm not sure which was worse, really.

I’m so sorry. I hope he stays well and you can make some lovely memories. Try to just look at the dog in front of you and not worry about the future , easier said than done I know .
