Can you believe it the vet has "LOST" the 5 stage vetting he did for me 4 weeks ago, I have been phoning and pestering them for three whole weeks!!!!! now they called today to say the vet will come again, at their own cost to do it again... I bought the horse after the vet verbily told me, well left an answer phone message, ( Ive keept it on the phone) that he had passed. Do you think I should ask for some compensation for the hassle and the fact that my Insurance company have now suspended the Insurance till they see the certificate, because quite rightly, they think I am stringing them along and they must think I have not had it done. Also when he gives me the certificate in the morning do I insist on the original date on it and not the current date?Cant believe this has happened, its such a big and reputable vet place too, with equine hospital.....I am so so anoyed. He is a super horse though...
