My best friend has lost one of her cats; they live over a pub in Central London and he is very nervous and usually doesn't venture further than the roof terraces. I designed her some posters to put up but no joy a few days on and she has been to Battersea today to see if he'd turned up. Any ideas of good Facebook groups or lost cat tracking sites to help? Thanks

RSPCA _ CPL_ any local vet etc. Is he or she microchiped??? blue cross

ask the neighbours and the local council

hope he comes home soon

Thanks; I was thinking more like if there was a site like Doglost or whatever it's called for cats? Think she has tried all the usual avenues; will ask re microchip!

My friend lost her cat in the town once, what she did after 3 days of searching was leave a bowl of water out (not food), a piece of her clothing and her cats bed/cage. She went out the next morning and there he was sat gurning, he hasn't disappeared since but maybe your friend could try that? :)

Hope she finds him soon x

Thanks; she has tried all the usual options- I have passed that idea on to her flurryjuno. She did point out it is half term so you never know if he's got stuck somewhere and people have been away x
