Teddy slipped his lead after being spooked by a Boxer dog in Totton on the 27th August. Teddy is not from the area and is MICROCHIPPED and neutered and nervous of men. Please look out.

Smooth coated
Silver/grey/white
Silver grizzle - white stripe down face/nose
Broken toe from old working dog injury - lots of scars
Microchip number: 985120023517814
Height: 29 ins
Age: 5 years
Wearing a martingale collar- green stripes
Name is "Teddy"
Went missing from: Totton, Southampton on 27/8/07
Circumstance of loss: Staying with a family and their dog in Totton, Southampton. His lead became unattached from his collar when he panicked as a boxer approached him. Teddy does not know the area or the people he was staying with, he'd only been there 24 hours prior to running off.
Additional Info: Fully insured. Rescue dog. Nervous of men.

I am From Southampton and will look out for you. Another thing is i often see dog warden prowling about so it may worth asking them.

oh he looks lovely, i dont live anywhere near Southhampton, sorry. I really hope you find him. have you been in touch with your local radio station, they might be able to help, worth a try.

Do hope he's found soon. Is there anybody at his proper home in case he makes it back there? It might be worth postering places along the obvious route in case he does that although I suspect it's already been done.
At least he is chipped; he WILL turn up sooner or later somewhere; friends were returned their terrier that had been missing for three years due to being chipped!
Best of luck, it's soul destroying, the people must feel dreadful.
 
No news as yet, radio stations, dog wardens, police, pounds,
poster's done too. Owner is at home, 25 weeks pregnant too so as you can imagine she has a lot on her plate at the moment, but desperate to get her lovely boy back.
