About 3 weeks ago I fell off my old boy jumping and lost my nerve, I have olny fallen off him once before in the 7 years and this time was my fault as had ski trousers on so had no grip. I have my first lesson in 3 years next week. OMG!!

Nothing quite like a face full of sand to teach you a lesson I have done this with water proofs

Explain to the instructor about the confidence dip. Having someone on the ground will probably really help.
