I had my horse returned from loan at the end of the year,but his passport did not come back with him.
They agreed they would send the passport recorded delivery the next day (which would have been just after new years) as they left it at home.
I had no problem with this, everyone makes mistakes...
BUT the passport has not arrived, and they have "lost" the recorded delivery slip.
This is either totally geniuine and royal mail have lost the passport, or the passport has been sold with another horse, or they have still for it for some reason.
There were no hard feeling about the horse being returned, merely end of loan, so they are not holding it for some reason, and the guy is adament he has send the passport.
Any ideas what i should/can do about this?
OR could you guys help me spread the word incase someone has my passport?
