lost passports

can anyone help? I seem to have lost a passport for a horse that i am selling! he is registered BE so i am sure that they have his details (passport number). I also know it was an irish sports horse passport. does anyone know if i can get them replaced and how long it would take or even where i would start?

Contact the PIO who issued your passport, you will need to give the UELN and name of the horse, they can then supply a duplicate passport for a fee.
