Went to collect my 2 rugs from cleaners today.. and only 1 there ... they couldnt find the other rug.. they have had them since 8/9/07 so no excuse as them them not to have been cleaned etc.. Anyway she asked if i had my reciept i said no , so we went looking though the book.. found my reciept but it look like only 1 rug on on the ticket.. looks a bit like this

She said it should say 2 and not 1 anway i said so why would the clean the checked stable rug asked and not repair etc when not asked.. dont need to reproof stable rugs do you>
anyway she said she would try and sort and to call back tomorrow.. just a bit peed off.. she also said would replace rug if couldnt find it...
Anyone else had this sort of trouble?
