Lost whippet

A cream eight month old whippet bitch has gone missing from Cherington near Tetbury in Glos on Monday evening. Please keep your eyes open - owner is naturally in a terrible state. On Doglost etc. Many thanks.

Thank you all. Yes, they are devastated as they had bred her. She must have been hunting something and ran into pig wire and broke her neck, but at least now they know where she is and hopefully she was having a lovely time and did not know anything about it.

My old BT escaped and the 24 hours of not knowing was crucifying. He, too, was found dead, by drowning. But at least I knew and I don't have to live with the daily torment of not knowing. Still very sad though and I have had to come to terms with the guilt, not easy.
