Lots of colic cases

There seem to be a lot of colic cases near me, seems the strange weather weve been having has had an effect on the grass

Funny you should say that, a couple of weeks ago we had two colic cases in a couple of days at our yard and another with bad peritonitis.

There is always a rush of colics with the first frosts - As ours go out early I always put a slice of hay out when there is a frost to keep them happy until the frost lifts.

Jane Lou weve not had the sniff of a frost yet ! Been like summer here !

The colic cases and peritonitis at my yard were before frost too.

Oh! We have had a good few in the last 10 days - one night going down to -5! Its gone mild again now mind you.
