Lots of people asking for livery recently... is everybody moving?

Is it just me, or have their been lots of posts asking for livery in the last few days?
Is autumn the season for moving to new livery yards? (Hope so for my YM sake, is looking for 3 liverys with very little response so far!)

Funnily enough I am moving tomorrow, but this time of year is generally move about time for some people, and those that have had theirs out all summer now bringing back in for winter...my current yard had 4 stables free at beg of last month now not a space and think there is a waiting list...weird how it works...nothing then all of a sudden lots!

I hope so, we're looking for new liveries!

The problem we're having though are people are looking then deciding they don't want it!

We're a small yard, literally me and the owner (8 stables) great facilities - menage, horse walker, water feeders, all year turnout etc etc. Yet they turn up say they loved it then never come back!!!

Only thing I can draw is that they meet us two and think oh gosh nutters and leg it?!?!?!

I'm a YO and this last week, i have had a lot of calls, text from friends whos friends have been asking etc. I just havent got enough stables for them all!
