Help has any one got any good ideas of how to get rid of louse. one of my horse have them and have tried powders and shampoo but still we have them.When using the powder how long is it before they die

have you done all the horses rugs, equipment etc? Thoroughly cleaned the stable?

yes have done about everything you can think of.the louse are winning at the moment

My vet recommended that I use Frontline spray for dogs - use twice at fortnightly intervals - end of crawlies

My vet - a highly respected equine vet - recommended the Lincoln Louse Powder which says NOT to be used on horses - worked a treat. remember to clean everything else and all other animals that come into contact.
