I've always had a thing about grooming, tacking up and then riding your own horse (most have been coz I was horseless 
) - well I've moved onto groom, tack up and have a lesson on your horse. I am planning to get an instructor on foot but for now I thought I could try out the Sound Schooling lessons 
Tried it out today, on my share horse Harry, and it was great. We only did the warm up as a trial just to see if money was worth it to pay for some more but even this focused me and it knackered Harry out (he even got a tad sweaty just doing this basic warm up
) since he isnt used to it - often its a case of me wondering what to do next with him etc.. and he hardly breaks into a sweat.
So I've come home and brought a load more to try out, so excited (and motivated!) to do some schooling now Anyone else tried these audio lessons?

The warm up includes stuff mainly like flexion so corners, circles and shallow loops and getting the horse listening to you in all three gaits
