Apologies for the gushing in advance, have to get this out of my system

Jumped in my new (old) saddle today!

I got it because it has knee rolls and my old one is a VSD and was getting a bit hairy when jumping.

Jumped in it today for the first time and when she did her usual back arch mid-way over the jump I felt so secure. Am so happy and I feel much more confident

Thanks again for all the help you guys gave me when looking into the VSD saddle issues, can't believe I put up with it for so long - what a muppet.

Have been trawling the yard for spooky things to put under the jumps but typically she didn't bat an eyelid at them!
Will need to put some water in the plastic next time to see if she is so brave haha xx
She is such a poppet and is really enjoying her jumping.

Lovely! Just been through this myself, putting up with saddles that weren't quite right for my or my boy for years. Had my first canter in my new saddle yesterday - it's fab!!

You can really see how happy you are at the end of that vid and your horse looks to be enjoying the jumping - it's my favourite thing too but my horse is not up to it yet (she's got to master listening to her rider). I love your menege - what is it made out of? Also did I spy a parelli barrel?

Aww, i love to see older horses still doing things like that, hate it when people think they've had it when they get passed 13 or something. Shes gorg!!!
